Just been renovated - Roof, insulation, chimney made safe and repointed. Rear repointed and painted white with excellent self washing exterior finish. New washer-dryer, fridge freezer, double glazing all windows. Refreshed bathroom, fresh lick of paint everywhere. New boiler. Electric and Gas certificates.

New fence and garden cleared - I do not own the garden but I'm sure if we ask nicely the man will let us tend/use it as it was a jungle.

Gas and electric are on meters. Happy to start these off for you £100 split between both.
Happy to throw in basic WIFI. Good enough to download/watch films. Probably not for heavy gaming.

I do have more photo's. New and the old ones where the work has been carried out let me know if you would like to see them. There are a lot but maybe a bit boring.

No deposit - most people when moving need their money to buy bits. I may have some other stuff laying around to make it more liveable or you can bring your own stuff. Let me know.
