A True Home (Not Just a Room) – Creative & Relaxed Household. The room will be available as from the 12th Sept, 26.

The £75 per week is the total cost, no hidden extras just four weeks rent upfront when agreeing to take the room. After that four week period rent can be paid weekly if it suits your circumstances better.

The video shows all the communal areas of the house,, your private space is your room which has a new single bed, desk, 36" smart tv wth netflix, HBO and other streaming services. All bed linens are provided alomg with a spare set

If you are looking for a safe & secure, long term house share, or short term home, this could be the perfect fit. I am a retired fine art photographer who still travels around the UK on a fairly regular basis, It's essential to be clean & tidy, and respect the house.

The Space & Atmosphere
This isn't a HMO . This is my home and I enjoy sharing the space with the right people, male or female, any age. I like the house to have a feeling of space, yet be warm and inviting. The interior is quite contemporary. My current lodger has been with me for ten years, which speaks to the relaxed and secure environment here. I enjoy good conversation on any subject, but I also completely respect the importance of having your own space and peace.

Your Room: A cozy, furnished bedroom with fresh linens, towels, and a 36 inch wall-mounted TV with a variety of streaming networks.

The House:
You’ll have full use of the home, including a modern kitchen and a "day room" with a dining table, desk, desktop computer & professional large format printer and plenty of books. Shared bathroom. with a shower over the bath.


Outside:
A small, very private garden with wooden decking, decorative gravel, sun lounger and furniture—perfect for relaxing.

Practicalities:
High-speed Virgin Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, central heating, and parking right outside. I'm out most days, so its an ideal situation for those who work from home, extra additions can be added such as shelves in your bedroom as required,

Location;
A nice, quiet residential area close to town, with a bus service just a 2-minute walk away.

The Ideal Person.
Age & gender doesn't matter—character does. I’m looking for someone who is easy-going and house-proud. Enjoys the occasional coffee and chat. I also have two cats who spend most of their time outdoors, so you’ll need to be cat-friendly!
