Hi I have a furnished single bedroom available, complete with all bed linens, towels, etc., and a wall-mounted TV with Netflix. The area is a nice residential location quite close to town with bus service within a 2 minute walk.

If it's a home you're looking for rather than just a room; if your you're a clean and tidy person. then this is the place for you. You have free run of the house; At present there is one male lodger, who has been with me for seven years, plus me. The house has three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower over the bath, and a modern kitchen. The day room has a wall-mounted TV, dining table, books, and a desk complete with a laptop. It's well decorated and comfortable

This is a unique opportunity to have a secure long-term home. The £80 weekly rent includes all the bills, including council tax. Ages don't bother me; I'm quite a relaxed guy who gets on well with people.

I'm a photographer, and although retired, I do still travel doing documentary work. The house is quiet, secure, contemporary, well decorated and maintained with central heating, a washing machine/dryer, Virgin Wi-Fi broadband and parking outside the house.

I have two cats that enjoy the outdoors and spend most of their time outdoors. The garden is quite small but ideal for sitting and relaxing. It consists of wooden decking complete with outdoor furniture, a large shed and very private.

Room ready mid to end of Mrach 26, but its possible to view the house prior to then to see if the house suits you.
