My wife and I are middle-aged and retired. One other resident lives here, and we plan to have only two lodgers in total.

The rented single room includes: a furnished bedroom with a new single bed, fitted carpet, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, workstation, TV, WiFi, and c/h. The 6-acre garden is also available. There is also off-road parking.

All these facilities are included, with no other bills except your rent of £580/month.
