Single room. Short term let only £85 per week

to let in this 4 bedroom, three storey house share is a single room for short stays only. Minimum of two weeks and maximum of 12 weeks or thereabouts, as i only let this room on an occasional basis.

Broadband and all bills including council tax is included in the price. The bedroom is quite small but has two built in cupboard spaces and has a single bed with duvet and covers provided.

This would suite someone who is looking for a quiet place, as there is no loud music or unwanted guests at any time.

The house has two communal reception rooms, two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. There is a small walled patio area to the rear with a table and seating provided.

There are three tenants in the house at the moment who all get on very well. They are all decent, honest individuals with no loud music whatsoever. I am looking for another like minded tenant to join them for a short period only.

The house is very clean and tidy as the tenants keep it that way. I am also available to help where needed and as there are two reception rooms it is very spacious.
