Charming victorian house by the river!

Double room available at the end of the high street in Lincoln.
One of the rooms is smaller and it has a sofa bed to leave more space in the room but converts to a big double bed.
I am looking for someone tidy and that understands that I run a business from home and that sometimes kitchen wont be available as I work from the kitchen.
Room included with all the bills, completely furnished and with all amenities equipped.
Dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine.
One bathroom to share.
Terrace and a patio.
We would like to share with outgoing people who will share similar lifestyle, clean and well behaved.
