I have two double rooms to let with all bills included, fully furnished available to professionals and senior students in a clean, tidy, safe , homely house share . There is only me at the property and I'm away most of the week, due to being in military.

Situated on the well populated Wragby Road . During lockdown I renovated the house and it has become a lovely home that I would like to make a small sociable yet calm house share of up to three people.

I work away, so you can guarantee a nice balance of peace and quiet/ social interaction.
Perfect for anyone working at the Hospital , Prison , Fire Service, or studying at Bishop Grott University or any of the local retail.

Anyone new to Lincoln I can assure within a short walking distance there are various supermarkets , Gyms, pubs and a lovely selection of cafes, restaurants , takeaways and shops . It is a 15 min walk to the Historic Cathedral and Bailgate area ( so more cafes , restaurants and pubs ) . Lincoln university itself is a bit of a hike ( about 30 mins ) but a short enough bike ride / drive . Bus links are just on the main road and running frequently.

Outside has a great sociable seating area with BBQ and fire pit . I'm looking for sociable people I could get along and chill with , but understand the importance of relaxing after a busy day. Housemates MUST be RESPECTFUL, CLEAN & TIDY, and must have some independent home living experience. Friends of housemates are always welcome .
