The available room is equipped with a double bed, built-in double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, shelving, and private ensuite with shower, w/c and wash basin.

The kitchen/diner is fitted with built-in cupboards and work surfaces, and has a table and chairs. There are fridges, freezer, a gas hob with electric oven, microwave oven, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle, pans, crockery, and various cooking utensils.

The living room is furnished with sofas, TV, coffee tables and a modern gas fire.

Wireless broadband is available throughout the house, and each room has a TV aerial socket. The house is centrally heated and double glazed.

Private off-road parking is located at the front of the house. The enclosed rear garden is given over to a south-facing lawn, patio, and shrubs. The gardens are maintained by the landlords.

The monthly rent of £480 includes all bills (Council Tax, Internet, phone line rental, TV licence, water, gas and electricity).

House rules include:
No pets unless discussed and agreed with landlord and housemates
