I'm looking for pleasant, employed people to rent a room in my (24F) house. Currently there are 2 other housemates (28F and 25M) living with me and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed, but social. We are all working professionals so would prefer someone who is clean and tidy and who will be quiet at night - definitely not a party house!
It is a spacious 3 floored house with on street parking and beautiful views. Its 10 minutes walk from the city centre, 5 minutes walk to the hospital and 15-20 minutes walk to the university.
The shared amenities include the kitchen, downstairs WC and living room. On each of the upper floors there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, so you would be sharing your bathroom with 1 other person.
All bills, broadband, TV licence and council tax are included in the price.
There is a washer and tumble drier plus dishwasher and large fridge freezer in the kitchen to use and all rooms have strong internet.
Length of stay is negotiable but at least 6 months is prefered.
