Uphill close to bishop gross uni, 10 minute walk to bailgate and 5 min drive to Lincoln Hospital. Parking available on driveway for one car. Some storage space available in garage.
No smoking in the house

We do have a dog so you need to like animals, she is very friendly.
Upstairs bathroom, downstairs toilet, large garden.
I work from home quite a lot so need to respect that during the weekdays.
