One months rent deposit inclusive of all bills including council tax., payable in advance. Rent will increase each year by 5-7% to account for inflation and rising utility costs etc.
The house has a large fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and bathroom with all mod cons. There is a living room with Sat TV.
The house is walking distance to Town Centre, UNI, Shops, post office, pharmacy and hospital are close by as is Morrisons and Tesco's superstores only 200m walk away. Street parking is available on the surrounding streets.
