Available in beautiful terraced property on a quiet street next to a park, it's just 10 minute walk in to town or the hospital.

It's 3 bed house but just me here as I like to keep other bedroom is as a spare for occasional guests or as a laundry room.

The bedroom is furnished with a bed frame, wardrobe and desk/chair. However the 3rd bedroom has a very large chest of drawers in it which is currently empty, so id be happy for you to use that too.

The house has great shared space, particularly the kitchen/dining area which Is great to cook in!

The house has a walled garden, with an outhouse which stores the washing machine/dryer and a second fridge. Other storage spaces under the stairs and a large cupboard on the landing. There is also street parking which requires a permit so I usually don't struggle to find a space outside the house.

Bills included, with Virgin wifi which always works really well.

I'm looking for someone who would be considerate of cleanliness and enjoys a calm, peaceful home :)
