Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a 2-bed studio (The Giles) at Student Castle for the 2026/2027 academic year.

cost - £115/week (£5,865.01 total, can be paid in instalments)

51 week tenancy! (12/09/2026 – 03/09/2027)
Fully furnished room (TV, desk, storage space)

You’ll only be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with one female flatmate

- The building has an onsite free gym, multiple study spaces (on every floor and also many on top floor) , a really cute outdoor patio ! and even bikes you can borrow. The staff also organise regular events for residents.
perfecttt location, right in the city centre, 1 minute from uni library and ~5 mins to the train station, with everything nearby.

Really convenient and comfortable place to live, ideal if you want something central and well-equipped without the hassle.
