Studio Student Accomodation Tenancy Takeover 26/27

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the 26/27 academic year. Deposit paid. Enquire either through this ad, or contact Student Castle directly.

This is a Banks type room at Student Castle Lincoln (Like a Byrd on their website but bigger- this is the last of this room type available!!). Close to Uni and just off the high street, with a great view over the city.
Building is small- The staff know you by name and are super helpful, there are regular social events and freebies in reception. Free bike hire from the accom, free Uni gym membership. 24/7 security via reception staff and student wardens :)

Studio room- your own kitchen, fridge-freezer, combi microwave and oven. Ensuite, Desk overlooking the city, double bed with plenty of storage.
