I have an en-suite room available for rent in my house. There is a parking space, private garden and also a living room on the same floor as the bedroom that I rarely use, giving a semi-private space for evenings.
The house has a large kitchen, utility room and there is also a desk that can be brought into the room if required.
I have never rented a room before, so am trying this out. I am ideally looking for someone tidy and respectful.
I have quite a varied schedule and enjoy staying active.
