I am looking for somebody to take over my en-suite room in LN1. The house is a 10 minute walk from Lincoln Cathedral and 15 minute walk into the centre of town.
All bills are included in the monthly rent, including council tax. The room is fully furnished with wardrobe, bed and drawers. Includes shared kitchen, living room and garden area. You will be sharing with 2 housemates who are both lovely and respectful.
