Looking for a student to take over my tenancy at The Junxion for the 2026/2027 academic year.
It is a fully furnished en-suite bedroom with a MASSIVE DESK, natural light, and a nice view into the social area.
It's on Brayford Wharf East, incredibly close to the University of Lincoln campus. Being this close to the campus allows for a very short walk to lectures and provides perfect access to the social life of the city.
There is a SPAR on-site and a Tesco around the corner (both open until 11pm), which comes in very handy.
The kitchen has ample storage. You will have your own spacious cupboard, plus a large fridge and freezer shelf with enough space for plenty of freezer bags and pizzas.
Heating, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi are included, and there are large washers and dryers available on-site.
