Two rooms available in lovely house share

I’ve lived in this house for the past 5 years while studying medicine, and it’s been a great place to call home. I’m now looking for a new tenant to move in, with 2 double bedroom currently available.
The property has a shared living room and kitchen, perfect for relaxing or socialising, as well as a recently refurbished bathroom. There’s also a garden at the back with a small shed, perfect for BBQs in the summer. The property is within a 10-minute walk of the hospital, making it especially convenient for anyone working there.
You would be sharing with two professionals in their 20s. I have one larger double bedroom and one smaller double bedroom available currently. The larger room is available immediately and the smaller room will be available soon as I am currently renovating it.
