Large double room in a great house!

Really nice well presented house, with a beautifully well kept garden. You won't be disappointed especially with covid giving an appreciation for space. The house is right on the edge of the city (walkable) but with huge fields on the doorstop

Contains all the things you would want in a lived in house including a 50" 3D tv and sky tv. Netflix. Amazon Prime and Disney+

The room is a good sized double with a very large sliding door wardrobe

Preferably looking for someone sensible but social wanting to interact with housemates, eat, drink, binge series and get the feeling of warmth and friendliness.

The house is well looked after and I regularly give communal spaces a deep clean, so as long as you tidy up after yourself we will get along fine! Your room will be your room, decorate however you choose, though big changes would be for long tenants.

I'm a very friendly person so don't worry at that :) and so is Victoria. We regularly eat drink and socialise as housemates and the picture is of me and the current one moving out on a holiday in Rhodes.

Would really suit a professional hardworking person who just wants somewhere nice to relax and a nice person to hangout with/drink wine/Gin and watch terrible Netflix stuff
