Im looking for a quiet, friendly lodger to lodge with me.

I need someone who is clean, tidy and respectful.

It’s a comfortable home located at the end of a quiet road in the charming village of Washingborough, just a few miles outside of the historic City of Lincoln.

The Village boasts convenient stores (coop) chemist, doctors, dentist and plenty of good local Pubs & takeaways to enjoy.
Country walks if that’s your thing!

The house itself comprises of two large bedrooms and one single bedroom.
This house would suit the more mature person or someone who appreciates a less hectic household and a little peace and quiet.

Amenities include; oven, microwave, Dishwasher, one large American fridge freezer and one small integral fridge. Cupboard space, utility kitchen, garage with driveway for two cars and plenty of off road parking too. Plus a garden shed. The house is fully loaded with a kettle, toaster, slow cooker, crockery, pots and pans etc

The house also comprises of a comfortable large living room with patio doors , an open plan kitchen and dinning area with more seating and more patio doors that also lead onto an established south rear facing garden with a patio and various outdoor seating areas.
