I’m a single mum with 10 year old daughter. Applicants must be happy for background checks and dbs for safeguarding reasons.
Also in the home are a German shepherd puppy (11 months old as of May ‘26) and a cat (3, almost 4 years old). Must be comfortable living with the dog particularly and happy to engage with her. She is super friendly but is still a puppy!
There is a shared parking area for all homes on this street or street parking available.
Easy walk to town.
On the Grimsby bus route
No smoking or any other substance use. No heavy alcohol use.
Due to safeguarding friends/partners cannot visit or stay over.
This room would suit a working person that enjoys a family environment and not someone who is enjoying late night and nights out.
Room furniture: single bed and mattress (new Jan ‘26), double sofa bed, fridge, kettle, toaster, bin, desk, single wardrobe, tall bookshelf, small set of shelves, pinboard, blackout curtains and chandelier style light fitting. The old boiler cupboard is also in this room which you can utilise as you see best. Currently equipped as a wardrobe.
Room is painted purple by current tenant. You are welcome to repaint and hang pictures and shelves as you wish, just not the door as it’s new.
