Room For Rent Short Or Long Term

Large double room for rent in a newly renovated 3 bed house in Scunthorpe.
The room is furnished and has bed, wardrobe, wall cupboard, bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, table and chair. I also provide bedding, linen and towels.

The house is newly furnished and has the usual cooking/washing appliances.
Shared kitchen, but the main bathroom is only shared by the 2 female renters.

I am looking for female renters as i have had problems with single men in the past and I think a single woman would prefer at least one other woman in the house rather than all men.

Rent is £140 a week, and includes all bills as well as free broadband. ('all bills' does not include personal belongings insurance). Extra if there are additional people (including children).

The house is near local shops (2 minute walk) including Tesco, post office, pharmacy, takeaways, etc., plus there are buses from the local shops to the town center if you need public transport.

Rent is paid weekly plus two weeks deposit.
The room is available for short or long term, from a few days to several months or more.

I am a live in Landlord, work from home, and am always there, so there will never be an issue with security or safety.
