Single/double room for £90pw/£390pcm in a large detached house with double-width driveway. Pictures do not really do justice to it, but you are welcome to come and see for yourself just how nice it is.

In my place you will have the benefit of every facility you could need - washing machine, dishwasher, 50 inch Panasonic tv, Roku media streaming box with free Netflix subscription, full fibre 150 broadband, bath and shower, integral garage, friendly housemates, decent and friendly neighbours that I get on well with. Local shops and bus routes are also very close by if needed.

Current occupants are all working or retried professionals, very quiet, respectful, clean and tidy and will expect the same.
