The room has a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, a bedside table and a flat screen TV with an android streaming device for any services that you subscribe to....Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.

Fast Virgin wifi is available to use.

The kitchen is modern, open plan and fully equipped with all the usual appliances, and also comprises of a dining area and tv/sitting area (as shown in the pictures). This area is a shared space that we can both use, however, I rarely use this tv area myself, so it will mostly be all yours.

The seperate lounge area will NOT be shared as I do like to have my own space, whilst also giving the tenant their own space. This arrangement has always worked well in the past.

I only rent out one room. You will not be sharing the house with other tenants.

I have rented out a room in my home for many years, to males and females of various ages, always without issues. My longest tenant was a lady who stayed for over 4 years.

The house is close to Aldi supermarket and Ashby High Street shops, as well as bus stops for transport into town.

A security deposit of £200 will be required, along with one weeks rent up front. Rent is to paid in advance each week.
