The kitchen is modern, open plan and fully equipped with all the usual appliances, and also comprises of a dining area and tv/sitting area (as shown in the pictures). This tv/sitting area is a shared space but I don't really use this myself. The other tenant living at the property also rarely uses this space.

The seperate lounge area will NOT be shared as I do like to have my own space, whilst also giving the tenants their own space. This arrangement has always worked well in the past.

I have rented out a room in my home for many years, to males and females of various ages, always without issues. My longest tenant was a lady who stayed for over 4 years.

The house is close to Aldi supermarket and Ashby High Street shops, as well as bus stops for transport into town.

A security deposit of £200 will be required, along with one weeks rent of £120 up front. Rent is to paid in advance each week.
