We have one, nicely decorated single room available in a professionally managed shared house, 3 minutes walk from the seafront.

It's a great location, close to shops and the seafront but on a quiet residential street. Our housemates all work and many have been with us a long time so the atmosphere is calm, peaceful and respectful.

The room has a single bed, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. It also has its own sink and fridge.

There are two kitchens, a washing machine and tumble dryer and a lovely communal living room with TV and access to the rear garden.

There are 9 rooms in total in the house with two bathrooms, both with showers, and a total of 4 toilets.

The house is fully licensed with the council.

The deposit, plus one months rent in advance is required before you are able to move in.
