Double and single room for rent in lovely house

I am looking to rent out my fully furnished rooms within my home, there is a shared bathroom with a shower, living room & conservatory and kitchen area also to share with myself when i am at home, i am looking for tenants who will live peacefully alongside me and keep my home clean and tidy in my absence.. Due to my circumstances and work commitments i would need someone who could help me out to look after my two little dogs mocca and lucky who will need letting out and feeding when am away.
The Double room has a double bed, wardrobe and 2 plug sockets with usb capabilities. Single room also has a single wardrobe, single bed and 1 plug socket/usb. If you think my home could be somewhere you could settle with my 2 pooches to keep us all company then please do get in touch. The home is in a nice respectful and peaceful area so you will definately feel safe and secure and the wifi and tv in the living room will be shared.
