Furnished single room situated in a popular residential area of Spalding. Kitchen and bathroom facilities will be shared, as will living areas and gardens. Fibre optic broadband is included, as is use of washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

Whilst non-smokers are preferred, smokers are welcome to use the conservatory, but I am afraid I must say no to any pets. Current owner is a neat and tidy 50 odd year old male that has enough trouble with hair loss himself, without worrying about pet hairs too!

The room includes essentials such as coat hangers, spare bedding, an iron and ironing board, laundry basket, clock, bedside lamp, along with a widescreen TV with a built in media player with access to a huge library of movies for your enjoyment. There is also a games console, with a lending library of games.

The living room includes a large screen TV with media player, with access to hundreds of movies.

Whilst I cannot offer off road parking, the house is situated in a quiet residential area, and parking should be possible near the house. There is sufficient room in the outside garage for storage of a bicycle, luggage etc.

The town centre is well within walking (15 minutes) or cycling (10 minutes) distance, and the IntoTown bus service runs directly in front of the house, with the bus stop only 30 seconds walk away.

No nightshift workers please. Unfortunately, due to prior bad experience, I will not accept DSS applicants. Short term rental will carry a premium dependent on length of stay required.

Viewings will be strictly by appointment at a mutually convenient time, usually with advance notice required, due to me often spending time away from the property at my fiancee's house (likewise, sometimes my fiancee will be staying at the property in addition to the existing roommate).
