Beautiful Stamford Home with private bathroom

I’m looking for a lovely, considerate person to share my home with in Stamford.
I live in a beautiful 3-bedroom house in a quiet residential area, with two parking spaces, a lovely garden, two main bathrooms and a downstairs WC. The room available has a double bed and its own private bathroom. It isn't the largest bedroom, but there is plenty of additional storage available — I have a separate room with three double wardrobes, which I'm very happy to share.
I’m an interior designer and work between home and freelance projects, so I’m often around but also have my own work and routines. I enjoy a quiet home life — cooking, reading, interiors, getting out for walks and spending time with family and friends. I’m also soon to be welcoming a little Bedlington x Whippet puppy, so there will be a very friendly four-legged member of the household too!
I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate, respectful and easy-going, and who would enjoy a friendly home rather than simply having somewhere to sleep. At the same time, I completely understand the importance of having your own space and privacy.
The house is non-smoking and I’d ideally like someone who is looking for a home for the longer term.
Stamford is a lovely place to live, with lots of independent shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants, as well as beautiful countryside and plenty of walks nearby.
