Double room in large modern terraced house

Furnished bedroom

My name's Lars and I have a well presented, furnished double room in a large three story, 4-bed property.

The spare room is next to the recently refurbished main bathroom on the top floor. Any lodger will enjoy a large degree of privacy as I am often away with work. I'm looking for a like-minded professional, who values privacy but can also share the lounge / kitchen and be happy either socialising or keeping their own space. I try to be neat and tidy and would like someone who appreciates and can keep a clean house. Unfortunately I can’t offer the room to smokers or couples.

All bills including TV and broadband included, off street parking space available.
