I live in a lovely Edwardian terrace, just a couple of minutes walk from Stamford town centre. It has three bedrooms, one of which I'd like to rent out. I'd ideally like to share with a guy, just because I've always found that's worked well in the past, but if you enjoy football, sport in general, good food and a drink or two, then I'm sure we'll get on.
Rent includes all bills (incl Council Tax) and sharing the whole house and garden, which has Sky (incl Sky Sports, ofcourse!) in several rooms. There is a Bike Room for bike storage and on road parking.
