Hi there, I have a lovely double room available in my modern bungalow, about 10 minutes’ drive from Lincoln. It is in a really handy spot with a bus stop down the road, a Co-op across the street, a pub next door and a village shop around the corner.
There is plenty of off-road parking and you will have shared use of the living room, kitchen and bathroom. At the back there is a nice private garden with a patio, perfect for sitting outside with a cup of tea when the weather is good.
I am easy going and get on well with most people. I am also happy to do Monday to Friday lets if that suits you better.
