Annex for Monday to Friday letting Sutterton

This self contained annex comprises of a ground floor with shower room, kitchen and lounge with a stairway to a double bed deck. Outside seated area in the garden, off street car parking and push bike storage available.

The annex is fully furnished with fridge/ freezer, microwave, full size cooker and hob, air fryer, iron/ ironing board, all china, cutlery, pots and pans etc. and small TV. (Bedding and towels are not included). The annex is all electric with underfloor heating, water and Wi-Fi all included in the rent.

I don’t mind what 5 days/ nights you stay but the annex is not available for full week tenancy. The property would suit someone working away from home and has easy access to Spalding, Holbeach and Boston all 20 mins away. Bicker Fen is 10 mins away and Lincoln 45.
