The house is in a very quite and relaxing setting while being near the towns of Kings Lynn, Sandringham, Wisbech, Downham Market, Spalding, Snettisham, Boston and Holbeach.
NB this house is NOT in Sutton, London. Also note, this is not a B&B or Hotel arrangement i. e. you pay a month's rent and month's deposit BEFORE you move-in.
Two rooms are available (at different prices) and have double beds. The tenant will have use of two reception rooms, a conservatory and a large kitchen, with parking on a shared driveway. The tenant will also have the run of the ample gardens and a summer house. The tenant can bring their own furniture and appliances for use in their room or in the common areas.
