A double room, available to let (for a short term only, from June till end of September 2024) in a friendly 3-bed house share. Spacious, clean, furnished with built in wardrobes and beautifully decorated room with a 'homey' feel. 15 min walk from the Abbey Wood station!
Would best suit professional. House is very tranquil, in a quiet residential area, so you will be able to relax after work, but also has a good connections to central London.
Looking for a clean, respectful person who cares about the environment (we recycle) who would appreciate a quiet house.

From Abbey Wood station train journey towards central London:
Elizabeth line: 20 min- Liverpool Street, 25 min- Tottenham Court Road
Train- 20min- Greenwich, 30min- London Bridge, 35min- Cannon Street, 40 min- Charing Cross

Good night time connection via underground Jubilee line – North Greenwich (02) and buses.
Always in operation N1-night bus from Central London (starting the journey at Tottenham Court Road), that stops only a few minutes’ walk from the house.

FOOD:
5min walk- local food store
9min walk (4min bus ride)- Lidl
10min walk (5 min bus ride)- Sainsbury's with Argos

LEISURE:
Near the Abbey Wood train station; there is a small High street with Post Office, local Cafe that serves great full breakfast, other small local shops and few local pubs around the area.
There is also a Cannon Retail Park in Thamesmead only a short bus ride away. The retail park includes stores like Morrison’s, Wilko, and Superdrug. Another nearest shopping area is in Woolwich Arsenal. If you enjoy nature, the area is full of great parks and only a short bus ride to the bank of the River Thames. Lesnes Abbey ruins and park, green walks paths are just wonderful for a relaxing walk or a bike ride.
