All bills include wifi, water, electricity etc -
rent includes Bi-weekly cleaner (every 2 weeks) for the flat and bedrooms so nothing extra is required - male only no females.

The Flat comes with:

- Private Office Co-Working space for tenants ( with access to meeting rooms etc )
