You’ll be sharing the house with another 2 people who both lead very busy lifes and rarely are in the house, whilst in the house we all agree too maintain a peaceful and quiet lifestyle this must be respected.

THE HOUSE
The house offers new and nice space to live. It's a 3-bed house with a beautiful garden located a 15-minute walk from lovely Lesnes Abbey Wood Park. Ideal if you like to go for runs or just enjoy nature. Just 3min away you can find local stores, post office and dental practice. Lidl and Sainsburys only 10 min walk.
Beautiful spacious garden with outside furniture offers nice space for relaxing. ( at the moment the garden is under refurbishment, New decking work is in progress, the job is nearly done, and you will have enough space to relax in the garden )

There is also a free car park (if you have a car)

TRANSPORT
1min walk to the bus station.
12min walk to Abbey Wood station.

Trains to Central London:
30-40min to london Bridge & Cannon Street, Charring Cross, Luton Airport.
New Elizabeth Line will take you to central Canary Wharf in 10 minutes, and Paddington, Liverpool Str, Stratford, and Tottenham Court Road in about 20min.
