Looking for someone to share my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in Abbey Wood.

Rent: 1250 p/m payable in advance (All bills - I. e. Water, Heating, Electricity, Council tax + Wi-Fi included). Deposit: 950

Room:
Room is fully furnished and includes a double bed with drawers underneath it, mattress, large mirrored wardrobe, study desk and chair ideal for use in studying/working from home.

The bathroom across the hall is the guest bathroom and available for your use almost exclusively (unless we have visitors) as I have my own en-suite bathroom.

Amenities:
The property is a new build. Quiet and safe with very modern appliances and features (like heated floors and mirrors, dishwasher, washing machine etc.).
The shared living room has an open plan kitchen and leads to a balcony with lots of light and fresh air.

There are 2 open spaces outside our flat to relax (setup with playground and table tennis), a small co-op which opens till 10pm downstairs and an Anytime fitness gym opposite the building. There’s a GP in the next building and a Library across the quad with a lovely café not too far away.

We also have a co-working space on the ground floor, a concierge for packages and a big Lidl (5 mins walk away) and Sainsbury (9 mins away). The area is full of green spaces and close to Southmere lake.

Transportation:
Abbey wood station is about a 12 min walk from our flat and includes the Elizabeth line, Thameslink and Southeastern (which goes to Greenwich, London bridge, Waterloo etc.).

Woolwich arsenal and Canary wharf (from both of which the DLR is accessible) are 1 or 3 stops away respectively from the Elizabeth line.

About me:
I am a 30-year-old professional. Fairly quiet but friendly, respectful, clean and a relatively easy-going person. I’m looking for someone who is clean and tidy and wants a nice stress-free place to live with good transportation routes.

I would prefer to share with a professional female, ideally between 25 and 35 years old.
No pets, no smoking.
