🦚Hi, I’ve got two ‘cutesy’ double rooms going in a 3 bed flat. I’m looking for a un-ironically ‘mindful and considerate’ flatmate. Both rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. The flat is fully furnished, and reasonable adjustments can be made. There is a shared lounge and diner, with a balcony. There is a bathroom and kitchen. The lounge is separate with a dining and seating area, and a balcony. The vibe is super chill and peaceful.
🌳The flat is right next to the ancient woodland of Abbey Wood and from across the road to Bostall Heath Woods. Crossness marshes are a walk away but just as gorgeous. This place is perfect if you love nature and have mentally checked out of the burning wreck of late stage capitalism but gotta keep one foot in still 😫, aka commute into London. 🚝 It's located a 3min bus ride away or 15 minute walk way from Abbey wood station on the Elizabeth Line. The train takes, 15 min to Whitechapel, 25 min to Tottenham Court Road, and 29min to Paddington. But more importantly it takes a minute and a half to pine pond, and your commute walk can be through the woods if you want (there a well lit safe road that runs parallel for evenings).
🧘🏽This tenancy would especially suit anyone who has allergies/sensitivities or is interested in clean living and centring their health, as most of the fabrics are natural, the cleaning and washing supplies are all bio, the mattresses are made of eco materials, and the rooms are uncluttered with wooden flooring throughout. The rooms are also painted in a non toxic bio resin. It's a plus if you are a vegetarian and environmentally friendly, as I am trying low waste community minded living. The flat is on the first floor, and unfortunately does not have disability access. There are no fees and complications as I am the live in landlord and look after things directly.
🎨🪵For the 1-2 London Zoners, I might be biased since this is my ends, but the area is under rated, and there’s plenty of stuff going on locally. The area has a community vibe around the woodland from yoga, tai chi, pilates at the lodge and the forest club run activities like willow weaving or woodwork, and there is a local produce market. There's a strong artsy leaning with a few local art studios in the vicinity so there's always fun workshops/events, i've done dyeing, mosaics, line drawing, gouache painting, recycled bag making, weaving, sculpting, stitching, all for free in the last year.
The rooms are serving elements i. e.
🌿The green/earth room is bigger and is at £725 + bills
🌀The blue/water room has lots of storage is at £700 + bills
Please take a look at the 'demure' pics, but DM me a little about yourself, and to arrange a irl viewing of the flat, living it's brazen, bold and best lyf ✌🏽
Please note: Please save us both time, and only respond if you are female/womxn. And it is only one person to a room i. e. no couples. Since there is alot of interest I will ideally be replying if you fit the above criteria. Others, I thank you for your interest in advance, but I can't reply to everyone. Goodluck in your search.
