Hi! We're moving into a lovely new-build flat in Abbey Wood soon, and we're looking for someone to take the double room and join us in a bright, modern, well-connected place to call home. Although there will be three of us in the flat, you will be sharing the pictured bathroom with only one person. If you're tidy, organised and easy-going, we'd love to hear from you.

The room:
- Spacious furnished double room: comes with a double bed, wardrobe and storage, ready to move straight into
- Shares the main bathroom (with bathtub) with one other person

The flat:
- Modern new-build 3 bed / 2 bath with an open-plan kitchen/living space and our own private balcony
- Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout: bright and airy, with a communal roof terrace to enjoy the views
- Under-floor heating + double glazing, so it's warm and cheap to run (EPC B), meaning electricity bills are reasonable

Location (genuinely hard to beat):
- 2 min walk to a Sainsbury's and to Abbey Wood station (Elizabeth line + National Rail)
- 11 min to Canary Wharf, 20 min to Liverpool Street, ~25 min to the West End/Tottenham Court Road

Your tenancy:
