One of the rooms has an en-suite and the other has a luxury bathroom that can be used only by the lodger. Available starting from 23rd September. The rooms come equipped with large wardrobes with plenty of storage, double beds and bedside table. You will have shared access to new, modern luxury kitchen with new appliances and a separate utility room with washer dryer, dishwasher. There is a big living room with a sofa set for common use. It has a big back garden and parking for 2 cars. Fast WiFi included.

I am a live in landlord and a full time medicine student in London looking for non smoking lodgers preferably female students and working professionals, persons with high standards of cleanliness who are happy to do their share of cleaning on a rotation basis. The house is a gorgeous home with Sainsbury’s and coffee shops 3-4 minutes away .Elizabeth line tube station and bus stops are also less than 5 minutes away

There are plenty of outdoor green spaces and a beautiful lake within 5 minutes walk from the house. It’s a very peaceful area with lots of students and professionals living.

I am vegetarian and speak English and Hindi fluently. I am very friendly and love a peaceful atmosphere. No loud music please.
