Hi folks! Am looking for a gal to take over my lease till August in Abbey Wood in a house of 3 gorgeous girls! (Ideally from mid Dec but soooort of flexible)
One housemate normally WFH (but is still usually down for a yap)! The others are dancers and also work in hospitality/ teaching.
Rent is £580 plus bills (season dependent but averages about £80/100 ish) deposit is £692.95
Cosy double room with loads of storage. Big garden too! (We’ve had parties here and the neighbours are super chill)
Really gorgeous walks around the area, super easy to get into central via the Elizabeth line (10 min walk to the station) plus heaps of buses and other trains around too.
Supermarkets are literally on the doorstep also!
