Bright, stylish, and calm – perfect for someone who values a peaceful home. Occasional chats over coffee/wine are welcome, but it’s not a party flat. We share the vibe and there is the option of a cleaner coming biweekly at a small extra cost.

Deposit: £1,450 + £ 1,450 last month rent+ £50 check out cleaning

Stay: 1–12 months (flexible)

2. Single Room (Small Double Bed) – £1,350/month

Single bed that converts to a French-style small double

Desk, chair, private mini-fridge, kettle, microwave, coffee maker

Bathroom across the hall

Deposit: £1,350 + £ 1,350 last month rent + £50 check out cleaning

Short stays (Mon–Fri) also welcome – ask for rates!
