The room is available now and you'll only be sharing with me (the homeowner) and my very affectionate 6-year-old cat, Lydia. The house is clean, calm and well looked after, making it ideal for someone looking for a relaxed place to come home to after work.

I'm clean, respectful and easy-going, and I'm looking for someone similar—someone who enjoys a friendly chat every now and then but also values having their own space.

Lydia, my cat, is very friendly, so it's important that you're comfortable living with pets.

I'm ideally looking for a professional who will treat the house as a home rather than just somewhere to stay.
