Small but sunny room

We have a small but cozy & sunny room available in our home.

The room is furnished with a double bed, set of drawers & a wardrobe. Gets lovely sun most of the day.

We all enjoy a mix of time together watching tv, chatting over cooking, enjoying BBQ’s in the garden in summer or having chill down time to ourselves in our own room.

The house is large, 5 bedrooms & you would be living with 4 others , 3 female a Kiwi, a South African & a German woman along with 1 male from England. We would prefer a single male to balance out occupants in the house.

The place is in Acton with great connections to everywhere, Piccadilly, District, Central, Overground & both Lizzie Line & National Rail all no more than Half an hour walk away.

Plenty parks in the area, great shops, pubs & many things to do like markets, fairs, art walks etc

We want someone of similar age between 28 & 40. We are all smoke free & would prefer a non smoker/vaper.

Bills are included in the price - it includes:
Rent
Water
Internet (no tv)
Gas
Electric
Council Tax
A weekly cleaner
And general house shop.
