I am renting a furnished double room in a very bright apartment with a private bathroom/shower. A large, welcoming, and bright kitchen/dining room is available. The room has a high ceiling, a wardrobe and a Wifi connected TV. It's a short walk from the Acton Central overground station. Utilities, council tax, and broadband Wi-Fi are included in the price. Rent: £995/month
Room for rent for one person only.
Female preferred , other housemate is female.
No pet as the flat can not accommodate a pet due to allergy.
One month's deposit plus one month's rent in advance. Flexible rental period: minimum 3 months. Short let considered for minimum one week (enquire about rate).
The apartment is located a short walk from Acton Park-Putt in Park (mini golf, skate park, picnic area, cafe/pizzeria, etc.). It's also a short walk from Churchfield Road, the main street with its shops, cafes, pubs, supermarket, and restaurants. The famous Westfield shopping center is a 15-minute bus ride away.
There is a large kitchen to share where most of the gathering always take place with visitors.
The living room is not accessible.
