I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from the 24th of July, as I’m sadly leaving the UK due to my visa ending — otherwise I would happily stay here longer.
This flat has honestly been one of the nicest places I’ve lived in London: spacious, quiet, safe, incredibly well connected and with a really friendly atmosphere.

The flat is fully furnished and shared with two lovely, respectful, clean and easy-going flatmates. It feels much more like a calm home than a typical London crazy flatshare.
One of the flatmates has an ensuite room, meaning the main bathroom is only shared between two people, which makes everyday life much easier and more comfortable.
There’s also a lovely private garden/backyard area with plants, lights, tables and seating that gives the whole property a really welcoming atmosphere.

One thing that genuinely makes this place stand out is the landlord. She’s very responsive, flexible and helpful — which is honestly rare in London. She owns the other flats in the building too and is happy to provide additional furniture for free depending on what you need.
For example, when I first moved in I had a desk and office chair, and later changed them for a sofa and coffee table. So whether you work from home, study or want a different setup, it’s very easy to arrange.
📍 LOCATION – ACTON CENTRAL (W3)
The location is honestly one of the best things about living here.
Acton has become one of the most popular up-and-coming areas in West London because it offers something that’s very difficult to find in London now: a genuinely neighbourhood feel while still being extremely connected.
The area has a really nice balance between being lively and social while still feeling residential, safe and calm. There are lots of young professionals, creatives, families and international people living around here, which gives the area a very friendly atmosphere.
You’re surrounded by cafés, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, gyms and parks — while the flat itself still feels peaceful and quiet inside.
