Hi all ☺️✨

I’m looking for a flatmate for the en-suite room in a lovely 2-bed, 2-bath flat in Acton.

The flat:

* New-build development
* Open-plan kitchen and living room
* Balcony
* Very residential, safe, and quiet area with lovely neighbours
* 4 mins walk to Acton Town station (Piccadilly & District lines)
* All furniture will be brand new and changed by the landlord as current furniture is from the current tenant
* Photos are of the current state of the flat with the current tenant (not myself)

📍Move-in: Mid/End of June
💰Rent: £1250
💡Bills: approx. £150 each pcm

A bit about me:
I’m 29, Angolan Portuguese, and currently building a beauty-tech start-up. Previously, I worked in investment/asset management in the city, studied Finance at Imperial College London.

I’m driven and ambitious, but I’m also very friendly, easygoing, and sociable. I really value having a calm, cosy, and positive atmosphere at home. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, gym, pilates, matcha 🙌🏽 and having downtime.

I like to keep the flat clean and tidy and generally follow a “no build-up” approach to cleaning, keeping things nice as we go along while still being relaxed about it.

I would love a friendly flatmate who is respectful, considerate, clean, and has a good vibe.
I also really value each other’s space and having a peaceful, stress-free home environment.
