Looking for 2 people to take over our tenancies from 1st June! This will be sublet for one month and rolling contract from July so we are looking for someone to stay long term for at least 6 months.
Zero deposit scheme, super handy just a fee to transfer the contract and a renewal fee. Works out to about £150, then £30 a year for the deposit scheme.
