Double bedroom available in 2-bed flat in Acton

Hi! I am the current tenant in a lovely 2 bed flat in Acton, west London. Looking for a flatmate in a longer term capacity (6+ months).

The flat:

The bedroom itself is a small double with plenty of storage available (including large cupboard in hallway and deep cupboard in your room). Can come part furnished (just with bed) or fully furnished.

There is a large, bright living room and kitchen, and one bathroom in the flat with bath/shower and additional storage.

I have a very sweet older cat called Momo who will also be in shared spaces.

The location:

The flat is situated in Acton Central, a couple of minutes away from the lovely Churchfield Road which has great coffee shops, Italian delis, pubs, Japanese restaurants and a wine bar!
Transport links are great - 6 minute walk to Acton Central on the Mildmay (overground) line, and 11 minute walk to Acton Main Line on the Elizabeth Line.

The tenant:

You will be living with me (Kate, 27) and my cat (Momo, 13). I am a manager in a charity and enjoy football (Arsenal Women in particular), films, video games, and eating out at restaurants.
I like to keep a clean home but mostly interested in creating a nice environment for us both to live in.
Enjoy a night out to the pub but also a cozy night in.
I have a car so happy to do a big shop etc

Looking for:

Professional between 23-35.
Cat/animal liker/lover!
Veggie/vegan preferred
