You'll be living with three other flatmate, all in their late 20s-early 30s working professionals. Işık work in fashion and have a 9-5 job, working hybrid between the office and home., Aisha works in retail five days a week in open schedule, and Elitsa is a barista who's also on five days a week open schedule.
We like having a quiet, clean and respectful flat, we all enjoy having our own space but also keep things friendly with open communication.
🐱 Cat!
Işık have a very sweet 5yo male cat (Noodle). He usually hangs out in her room and occasionally in the shared spaces. Photos of Noodle can be shared based on interest!
🏠 The flat
The flat has 1 full bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs. The vacant bedroom is upstairs. The flat has a big kitchen and a joined living room downstairs. The kitchen has a variety of appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob, air fryer etc. We also have a private outdoor space to store bikes. Your room is a spacious double bedroom that comes with built-in wardrobe with tons of storage space, chest of drawer, two bedside table and a desk.

We're looking for a working professional with experience in flat sharing and knows what comes with it, between 26-35 who's friendly, tidy and loves cats! No students sorry!
📍 Location
The area is very central and well served by all kinds of shops and supermarkets including Lidl (3 minutes) and Morrisons (5 minutes), as well as pharmacies, great local cafes(I recommend Mari, Buono and Fields!) and different restaurants. There are several gyms nearby, a cinema and a library.

🚇10 min to Acton Central (Overground)
🚌 Multiple buses going on our street
📅 Available from late July but I'm flexible towards August, September as well
