Hello! I am moving out of this house at the end of September and I’m looking for a replacement tenant.

About the house: It is a 3-bed house on a beautiful street just a short walk from Acton Town centre. It is a semi-detached, bright, spacious house with a large, south-facing garden and patio. The house is really nicely furnished and superbly decorated as our landlord is an artist! We have a living room, dining room, kitchen, and one large bathroom, which are all shared spaces.

About the room: The room is at the back of the house where it is quiet, facing onto the garden with lovely views of the trees and with sun most of the day. It is a good-sized double room with space for a double bed and desk. PLEASE NOTE: this room is UNFURNISHED, there is no bed. I currently have a wardrobe which I would consider selling to the replacement tenant.

About the flatmates!: Irini (26F), Chloe (23F), and I (24F) met through our Master’s program. We are all currently working full-time (remote/in-person hydrid) in healthcare analytics. The girls are looking for a chill, friendly person with shared interests to complete the house! The house would be well-suited to a fellow animal lover as they also have two sweet, fancy pet rats, Coco and Lola. In general, they love crafts, baking, going out, cosy move nights, and exploring London! They are truly lovely girls, lots of fun, and wonderful to live with - I think anyone moving in would be lucky to have them as company!

Contract: The contract is on a monthly rolling basis and move-in date is ideally towards the end of September but this is TBD until I find a new flat.

Council tax band: F
Bills: approx £200 a month (depending on the time of year)

Parking: there is the option to get a parking permit for street parking.

Public transport nearby: it is in a super ideal location 6 min walk from Acton Town for District and Piccadilly lines, 10 min walk from South Acton overground, and 20 min (10 min bus) to the Elizabeth line (Ealing Broadway or Acton Mainline)

Nearby: There is a Morrisons 5 min walk away and plenty of shops / cafes / gyms very close by. Gunnersbury Park is also a 10 min walk away where there is loads of green space and events going on.
